【イラストに関する利用規約】施行日 2025年4月25日

■ 禁止事項

以下の行為は禁止しています。
・無断転載・無断使用（※ピアプロ、ニコニ・コモンズに投稿していない作品は特に禁止です）

（※SNSのアイコン、ヘッダーへの使用含む）
・自作発言、トレース、加筆・加工による再配布
・NFT化やAI学習素材としての使用
・商用利用（グッズ化・広告利用など）※事前に許可を取った場合を除く
・公序良俗に反する利用（誹謗中傷、差別的表現など）

■ 許可していること

以下の条件を守っていただければ、利用を許可します。
・ピアプロ・ニコニ・コモンズに投稿している作品のみ、規定のガイドラインに従って使用可能
・使用の際は作者名の明記（例：Illustration by Sena Shimizu）をお願いします
・報告は任意ですが、教えてもらえると嬉しいです

■ 免責事項

・本利用規約は予告なく変更される場合があります
・違反が確認された場合は、掲載先への削除申請などの対応を取らせていただくことがあります

■ Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorized reproduction or use of illustrations
(※Especially for works not posted on Piapro or Nico Nico Commons)
(This includes using illustrations for SNS icons, headers, etc.)
Claiming authorship, tracing, redistributing after editing or modification
Use for NFTs or AI training materials
Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, advertising) without prior permission
Use in contexts that violate public order and morals (e.g., slander, discriminatory content)

■ Permitted Uses

Use is permitted under the following conditions:

Only works posted on Piapro or Nico Nico Commons may be used, and only in accordance with each platform’s guidelines
Please credit the artist when using the work (e.g., Illustration by Sena Shimizu)
Reporting usage is optional but very much appreciated

■ Disclaimer

These usage terms may be updated without notice
If violations are discovered, actions such as requesting removal from platforms may be taken
